首先分数是前台和客房服务强行要求刷的 入住就要求你好评，房价比较脏，客房一早8点直接按门铃要进来换毛巾，要求延时退房直接说不行，给3分算面子了，房间一股味道。不知道强行刷分携程有什么说法？

真的超级差！房间老旧，服务也是特别奇葩，尤其是大堂服务生，喝茶一小时来两次，特别莫名没事找事，喝到一半突然来买单，说是不是截单了，也不是，就是看你闲着就来买个单，根本没有培训和服务规范流程
