2018年1月26日订的一件豪华大床房，到酒店办入住时候，前台说没有大床房，只能加500多升级到豪华套房才有大床房。后来经过和艺龙网协商，补给我差价，最后此事得以解决。我是第一次住希尔顿，之前也住过很多酒店，但这却是第一次遇到这种情况，同时也对酒店的管理存在很多质疑和不满，为什么订单确定了，到酒店却说没有了，这明显是欺诈行为，而当时我查贵酒店的套房，明明还有1200块左右的套房，前台却推荐1500多的偏高价格的房间。第二:在洗手池旁边的毛巾，上面粘有很硬的米饭粒，应该是没有清洗干净，建议酒店对负责管理清洁的人员进行培训。第三：第二天退房之后，我把车开出来到门口，没有挡住道路也没有妨碍其他车辆通行的情况，在等我朋友差不多不到2分钟的时间，保安出来让我把车马上开走，说话的语气十分强硬，没有一个字的礼貌用语，不知道是不是没有专门培训礼仪的人员，强烈建议增加培训老师的岗位。第四：牙膏牙刷和普通快捷酒店所使用的一样，牙刷的质地很硬，实在很不搭，希望更换。第五：贵酒店房间门开关的声音很响，稍不留心关门的声音会吵到隔壁房间的客人，感觉很不礼貌。建议在门缝处加一些柔软质地的防噪音的东西处理一下。
