位置较为偏远，在新区里面，但是环境很安静。因为比较新，所以设施的状态都很不错，例如健身房、书吧还有大堂门口供外借的山地自行车。服务也很周到，免费帮忙办理了spg的会员卡。自助餐厅的菜品有待改善，吃了一次团购的晚餐和早餐，并不是非常的满意。不过总体来说印象还是很不错的。

参加苏州国际马拉松，第一次入住，印象不错。酒店位置较偏，配套商业街有几家餐厅，酒店周围整体环境还是不错的。
酒店房间不大，对喜欢运动的人来说，卫生间若能有个大浴缸就能更好放松了，卫生条件可以，结构布局与设施安排较舒适。服务态度上佳。

通过艺龙预订的，给了我6019这个房间，空调开了2个多小时还是没热起来，后来来了个工程师，说由于这个房间是角落里处于空调系统末端的房间，所以没法送暖，让前台安排我换个房间，此时我的状态是刚洗完澡批着个浴袍，晚上12点半，老婆还在洗澡，所有东西都散在外面，得重新整理。我还真不相信前台会不知道这个房间的空调有问题，是因为艺龙预订所以把不好的房间拿出来么？既然如此你直接跟我说让我加钱给我空调正常的房间不就好了！！还特地从上海过来为了体验下第一家element，差评！！
