环境还好，靠着阳澄湖，散散步挺好。酒店硬件也还过得去，可是软件不行，总机小姐和门口管车的保安都牛的很！酒店的消费贵,贵其实也正常，只要你质量好，对得起这个价钱。可是酒店的自助晚餐258元加上服务费快300，是我在五星级酒店吃过最烂的了，没啥东西的，还好意思说送一小块牛排。远的不说，昆山的瑞士酒店的自助餐比它就好太多了，东西好牛羊排都不限量随便吃，价格还便宜点。早餐更不谈了，人多没人管，乱哄哄。总体是很失望的，对不起这个价钱，不会再去。

酒店前台的服务人员给我留下了深刻印象，温文而雅不失工作效率，住了最普通的房间有一点霉味道。中餐厅的味道真的不错，也办了张他们的1988的会员卡，营销手段不错，明年还会来
