酒店的服务非常非常非常好。前台，行李员和保洁员不仅微笑服务，偶遇时还主动热情地打招呼，感觉就像回家一样，高大上点儿说绝对是宾至如归的感觉，我和妻子都非常满意。如果非要说缺点的话，一是餐厅服务员的服务还有提升的空间，例如可以主动地替客人抽椅子，上菜摆盘时也应该更认真地考虑一下放在客人容易夹菜的位置。二是回家后妻子发现酒店送的零钱包是坏的，稍有败兴之感。希望酒店以后再送小礼品给客人时能事先检查一下。总之以后来苏州肯定首选这里。最后祝南园宾馆生意兴隆，越办越好。
