做为苏州老牌的五星级酒店，设施确实有点陈旧，不过地理位置还不错，附近饭店，小吃店不少，服务态度也很好，入住退房都很快捷

硬件设施一般，比较陈旧。关键是前台给了我们一个只有10平的小房，两张床连在一起，说是特价房，很气人。找了艺龙售服解决了，给咱艺龙点赞！
