服务真的真的真的很好。就冲着服务，不得不给超五星，我有东西落在酒店，第二天就顺丰给我寄到了，还不用我付快递费。
虽然酒店的硬件有点小问题，但是你们用服务完美的掩盖了。当天晚上房间内有两个灯关不了。。。维修师傅很及时的来看了，但是无济于事，态度真的是很积极的。从打扫卫生的阿姨到维修的师傅态度都很好的，在走廊遇见还会点头问好。门口的侍应生帮我行李一路拿到房间，因为带了孩子东西太多。。。停车位还是很多的，虽然车子也多，不是太晚的话还是可以停到车位的。
水很大，下水也算快，不会堵，对了，后面的皇冠楼要比前面的好很多。前面的楼居然还有没有浴缸的，一个房间设计也很怪。。。房间有一个婴儿车都很难过去的那种转角。。。我以为五星都是要有浴缸的，后来要求换了房间。波折是比较多的。
早餐的种类丰富。。有点吃不过来了。。。晚上的维克自助有三文鱼，但是每人一次只能拿一份，煎烤类的要排很长很长的队，每人一份，我从头到尾也没吃到。反正有中国人的地方吃这种自助大家懂得。勉强填饱肚子就行了。

相对于各地酒店的节假日乱抬价，国贸酒店给了比平时更优惠的价格，还给升级了套房，让这次入住心情很愉悦，酒店前台接待人员很礼貌，房间很漂亮，还带吊篮，设施OK，多次入住这家酒店，希望一贯保持
