家庭房两室一厅，可以住4人，感觉很温馨。有早餐提供，中西式早餐都能满足。订房时赠送了4菜一汤，厨师做的很好吃，而且每天做的鱼都不重样，炒菜也很下饭。酒店离观前街不远，步行大概20多分钟。每天都打扫的很干净，很满意这次的房间。

亲子房间二室一厅很舒服，能住4人。酒店服务也很好，入住第一天发生了小事件，但经理诚恳道歉并迅速解决。虽然是赠送的餐，但厨师做的也很好吃。早餐虽然不太丰富，但干净方便不用再出去买早点。楼下还有旅行社，想参团的也可以随时订的。总之很满意！

免费升级成豪华标间，爽歪歪，房间大，双床大，卫生间大，有挂衣厨，墙上再能有些挂衣钩就好了，地理位置极好，苏州火车站坐地铁到养育巷几号出口忘了直走两百米就到酒店，从我们住的房间窗口直接就万行看到地铁站了，山塘和虎丘就就在附近，打个车或坐个三轮一会就到，去平江老街地铁坐到乐桥一站路，去观前街坐到临顿两站路，出行极其方便，个人感觉山塘最好，东西也相对比平江观前便宜些，总之住在地铁站旁出行是相当的方便
