前台小哥很帅，而且声音很好听，房间也很干净，小哥还给我们升级了豪华房间，棒棒哒。离观前街狮子林拙政园之类的也不远，关键是在三号线出口，去苏州站很近，苏州北站就有点远。总之，朋友来的话会推荐。

硬件设施还是不错的，不过，酒店的服务真的很一般。因为上午会到苏州，所以提前打电话给酒店，询问是否可以入住，酒店答复可以。结果，第二天早上九点到了，前台说没有房间了，入住需要加钱，满满的套路。我想说的是，不管什么价格，请明码标价，这样先把顾客骗过去，再临时加价，简直就是诈骗。把个人经历写出来，给各位提醒，小心被骗。
