環境很不錯，管家服務很貼心，會主動提出幫忙，站在我們的角度幫我們安排，我們提出有興趣還特意為我們安排了蘇州評彈。本來看到攜程上有寫洗衣服務，到了酒店問了原來沒有，不過有主動幫我們去外面的店安排洗衣，也是幫我們解決了問題。臨走時還送了我們袜底酥做手信，感覺這次旅程還是挺滿意的～唯一的缺點就是房間有些小，因為當天對面房沒有人住我們還能用上我們的廳，不然房間裡連箱子都開不了～

入住体验很不错，特别舒服，工作人员超级贴心。酒店整体装修很美，小细节也都做的很好，唯一美中不足的可能就是离市中心较远，但也很好了。
