设备设施已经比较陈旧了，需要及时更新维护，特别是浴室水龙头的热水需要开很久才有热水（8楼），电视机也该更换了，沙发和木质家具上面的灰尘较多；礼宾员眼神不太好，前台服务还是不错的；位置也不错，总体评估四星。
