酒店的毛巾，遥控器专门用塑料袋单独装好，贴有已消毒标签，这点很好。房间也很安静。酒店的水池也很漂亮。不过酒店的厨师水平很不行，酒店的大堂吧几乎啥都没用，空有很好的环境，却没与之相配的美食！

其实整体感觉还可以，但是可能期望太高了，也可能时间太紧了，总之感觉性价比不高，服务也不是热情，前台和礼宾都没什么主动意识。结账的时候一个他们的大客户直接插队，二前台还热情地先帮他们办了退房、赠送礼品、还送到门口、欢迎再来……所以我们这些散客被晾了20分钟，也罢也罢，不会再去了

酒店免费升级了套房，挺大的，周边环境也挺幽静的，但是早餐品种实在太少，九点开始就不添加食物了，酒店内游玩设施也不多。

住过最差的酒店，去的那天门口连行李员都没有，自己把行李箱从车上扛下来。客房走廊里两边都是灰蒙蒙，儿童乐园里的设施，海洋球这些，估计不是每天都消毒，因为我们玩好后，第二天回去眼睛就发炎了，医生说是细菌引起的。中午小孩子睡觉特地按的“请勿打扰”，结果还是有人敲门问要不要打扫。check out的时候说少了把小勺子，让他们再仔细找下，因为小孩子有可能玩的时候丢在哪个角落。回复说找的很仔细也没找到，然后我们亲自上去找，进门就看到勺子在桌子旁，真的很无语！卫生不好，服务也不好！再也不会去这家酒店！
