酒店真的没有让我失望，预订的时候对比了好多家，游泳池，健身房，早餐，还有入住房间都很满意，提供的叫车服务也很温馨。下次还会继续选择，还赠送了小点心和水果，谢谢。

本次家庭旅行 途径上海 苏州 杭州 住了三个五星酒店
这个酒店服务是最好 最贴心的
真的十分推荐家庭旅行 园区内就可以逛很久 还送了宝宝小礼物 儿童拖鞋也很人性化 后面有松紧带

带宝宝去的，总体还不错，比较舒适，但是，宝宝的娱乐区太少了，酒店距离金鸡湖也有一定距离，景观一般。

订的多啦A梦亲子房，入住会送个毛绒玩具玩具和水果，这点服务还算可以。但是酒店配套的餐馆只有一个，服务一般，来面客人弄脏的地板，让扫个地叫了3个服务员直到我们进餐结束也没来扫，上菜速度也很慢，味道一般和五星级酒店有差距。亲子房早餐只有成人份，小孩超1⃣️米2⃣️另算有点不能接受，毕竟房价一晚要1600多，儿童设施比较少。
