酒店环境不错，房间挺大的，也很干净！隔音稍稍差了些，餐厅不尽人意，138说是东海带鱼，鱼背上有大骨头节，干炸炸糊了，酒香草头完全不是那么回事。以后就住宿，吃饭还是免了！

位于常熟繁华地段，酒店对面有个小雕塑公园，再过去有个大商场。适合家庭出游，很不错。

酒店地理位置很好，步行10来分钟就有一个很大的商业广场，吃东西购物都很方便，选择也多，酒店的设施相比服务来说要欠缺一点，有点陈旧，但打理的很干净，入住退房都很顺利，自助早餐也不错，选择也蛮多的，也算对得起48一人这价钱（每房限2人免费）。

卫生不好浴缸的大理石很脏都是黑的霉点，见图1，用餐巾纸一擦即掉，见图2，可见卫生打扫很不好，茶几上的污渍都未擦干净，见图3，怎么保洁的呢？是五星呀！求改进。驻8010。
