酒店位于常熟市中心，地理位置优越。周边环境优美，夜景很美，如果酒店正门口的灯光也亮化提升一下会更美。酒店的卫生和硬件设施均不错；早餐很丰盛；特别是酒店工作人员的服务态度，无论是大堂经理还是服务台服务员以及楼层管理员和后勤保障人员服务态度都是杠杠滴，必须要点赞！我离店时不慎将一张市民卡遗忘在房间里，第二天我联系了酒店的服务员，马上帮我快递寄来了。如果楼层管理员在打扫房间时发现后交给服务总台后，总台服务员能第一时间主动通知我就更完美了！

设施陈旧，地毯又脏又旧。前台效率低，一群人排队办理退房。二楼中餐厅对零散客户服务态度很差，给人的感觉是去讨饭的。早餐品种丰富，工作人员服务不错。
