25日住了一晚，感觉特别好，房间宽敞设施新，湖景房，住在窗边打打牌看看湖景，心情非常舒畅，早餐丰富；酒店周边环境很好，散散步，欣赏户景，很休闲。另外酒店帮我预订了隔壁球场，去练习一下高尔夫，很满足。下次来苏州还会住这家凯宾斯基。最后提一下，前台结账时，服务员Emily态度很好，留下良好印象。

几年前来过一次，这次带儿子一起来玩，还是一样好，酒店干净整洁，推荐中餐厅的菜，好吃。前台接待服务周到，还给免费升级了套房。后面的湖滨花园真的好喜欢，早晚散步真的美～下次还会来！
