酒店位置周边没什么东西 还在开发 方面很干净 泳池很浅 有餐厅和自助餐 设施很全 只是管理还比较混乱 特别是停车场那块 非常混乱

服务管理太差了，4点半才办理入住进房间，孩子一下午没睡。旁边音乐节没有任何提示，吵到11点，孩子闹醒几次。前台经理只会说抱歉，没有任何补偿机制，最后说给个大果盘，然后说过就算给过了，苹果皮都没收到。别致景观房一半房间是180度工地景观，朋友房间空调还坏一个出风口，小宝宝热出疹子…

从未见过如此差劲的五星级酒店，朋友2点到说房间的人没退房在催促，我们3点到，说刚退要打扫，大概需要45分钟到一小时，我们4点去，仍旧说系统里显示还没好，等到4点半，两间房还有一间仍在打扫，一下午的时间就浪费在等打扫中，匪夷所思！！！再三强调，有孩子的，希望快点安排房间入住，然而。。。只是一味的说会催促。。。
再者，我订的是别致景观房，什么景？？工地景？？？我是来学习造房子搬砖的吗？？？
差劲差劲差劲，最差的酒店，没有之一
