房间较小，房内设施较旧。但酒店园林漂亮，有孙武孙子兵法的加持，文化底蕴比较深厚，酒店外观为苏州园林特色风格，离穹隆山不远，早餐套餐比较差。

服务真好，来的比较晚了升级了套房，面积大，酒店环境很好，很幽静，离穹窿山南门步行十分钟。美中不足淋浴间地漏有些积水，早餐和中餐厅中规中矩。性价比可以，下次还会再来。

酒店地理位置绝佳，其他都很满意。但由于酒店内部对客人的私家车停放的管理混乱，酒店的中餐厅当天中午的用餐客流占用了大量酒店停车位，导致我们这些当天的入住客人的车辆到酒店入住无车位可停。没办法只能停在路边，但竟然还被酒店内的工作人员驱赶要求我们移车，作为一家四钻酒店自己无法保证入住客人的停车位，这到底是要让我们的车移到哪里去？简直是岂有此理！

房间灯光灰暗，有味道，不乾净，旧装修，毛巾硬，幸好自己带了。酒店设施虚假，无健身房，乒乓球室破旧。最无语的服务态度，几乎没有什么服务意识，前台姐姐一直在刷手机，爱搭不理。本人着急退费，房卡拉房间里，前台慢条斯理导致我和家人在酒店走廊等了半小时。总之就是无语??

The hotel is located on the mountain, very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were more than spacious and the terrace was quite big, with a lot of common area seating. It was a pleasant surprise to find out their restaurant was wonderful, we ordered eel and some local cuisine dish and every each of it was amazingly good! The breakfast was also very well served, it came with noodles topped with mushroom and bamboo shoots topping, cooked on spot!
In general a very well priced place to stay and enjoy!
