非常糟糕的订房体验，5.27帮朋友预定5.28的房，预定时购买了取消险。30分钟后朋友因行程有变需要取消，随即在艺龙页面上提交了退款申请，相关人员有跟入住人电话核实是否取消订单，入住人表示的确不入住。5.29仍未收到退款信息，制定一轮，一龙说已联系酒店，无法取消，让我找保险公司。打给中泰保险，又说取消，需要符合条款中的21种情形，而我在勾选时根本没有弹出取消险理赔包含的情况。
不要在艺龙购买取消险，除了白花钱还是白花钱，根本无法保证住客利益。
再也不会为了省几十块钱房费，提前在线支付无法取消的酒店了！！！
