这酒店服务非常一般，想要个高点的楼层，前台几次跟我说没有房间了，我用艺龙重新下单预定到房间，前台才不情愿的给我换了房间。不明白了客人的这个要求怎么就让前台接待人员这么的难受？房间小且设施老旧。性价比低。
