每次去苏州都会住的酒店，很方便，服务也好。小朋友新买了一辆玩具小汽车，吵着要拆开，需要螺丝刀拆卸，服务台先是请工程部的人来帮忙，后来又叫来了电工，真是非常不好意思。

这是我入住最差的酒店，和七天之类的连锁酒店都没得比，直接影响了我整个旅游计划。首先前台办理入住的客服没有笑容，好像欠他们几百万一样。其次，办理入住在山水楼，房间在园中楼，拖着行李没人帮忙，走过去要五分钟，楼里面像迷宫一样实在太不好找了。折腾了半天才找到房间，进去里面的设施设备太陈旧了，一股味道，小孩和老婆都不喜欢，直接影响了苏州之行，本来预定了两天的房间准备在苏州玩三天的，结果就去了观前街玩了两个小时就回去了，第二天一早就退房了。最差的莫过早餐，几岁小孩说要收我半价的早餐费，差评……真心不值得我付645元的房费。
