酒店分新楼和旧楼，也就是东翼和西翼，价格也不一样，公共设施共享，B1层的游泳池和健身房都对住客免费，酒店设施齐全，入住安静，酒店二楼的味道苏州餐厅东西真心不错～可以试试

酒店的设施有些老，送餐很方便，自营餐厅的奥灶面很好吃，王静楠服务员的服务非常好！值得表扬！但酒店的前厅部经理说话方式和服务方式有问题，入住经历很不愉快，服务是要解决客户问题，而不是一刀切！为了这个前厅经理，以后不会再来了！希望酒店能注意培养中层管理人员的措辞及为客户解决问题的服务态度，而不是一味说不！

酒店位置很好，不管是打车还是做公交都很方便，周围还有很多银行，取钱方便。设施很新，房间也很大。早餐很丰富，中餐、西餐、日餐都有；最让我觉得好的就是酒店员工的服务态度，从前台到收拾房间的服务都很热情、周到。

到了酒店分别看了四星和五星的房间，果断升级到了五星，主要儿子喜欢大浴缸。酒店比较新，浴室很大，床垫睡的很舒服。工作人员态度也很好，就是打电话要客房服务的响应速度有点慢。特地去吃了奥灶面，自助早餐和中餐厅的都做的不错，老公对焖肉赞不绝口。儿子很喜欢酒店的泳池和浴缸，下次还会入住。
