酒店设施已经有些年头了，所以显得比较旧。但服务和卫生做得不错，无论是前台、餐厅还是楼层服务员，给人的感觉都很礼貌有朝气。有朝气很重要，经常住酒店能遇到爱理不理，没精神、很疲态的工作人员，但这家酒店明显好很多。如果未来酒店设施能有升级，来住应该是不错。不过酒店的风筒建议换个风力大点的，现在的真的只能是聊胜于无。周边吃的嘛，还算可以，但都得走上一段不长不短的路，这么说吧，除酒店外，不走十分钟你找不到吃的。还有个麻烦就是，昆山交通比较糟糕，经常堵车，出门在昆山的朋友要关注这点。

离九方商务中心不到一公里的距离，还算比较方便。是由普尔曼酒店改过来的，虽然内部装修比较老派，也有一点久了，还是比较舒适，性价比很好，适合商务人事入住。
