客房服务不到位，电视机是换的，房间电话是坏的，吹风机未归位愣是没找到，早餐券只给一天的，问个事要跑到总台，酒店没有额外的娱乐设施，连晚餐都不供应，早餐时间太早，家庭房可住三人早餐券只有2张
