帮学生定的酒店，看着下面评价不错就定了，还奇怪这么好的地方怎么4.1？第二天学生说：进门在前台就被要求好评，进到房间发现灯上都是灰，前几天下雨，很冷，开空调也不暖和。床头附近没有插头，破沙发旁边有，但插头很松，插上不敢动。所以学生晚上没拍照。我们因为要出门，所以行李放前台了，有一个好像是打扫卫生的老太太很不开心，放东西的时候很不耐烦，说话不好听。两点多去取的时候说还有个手牌，天啊，连理都懒得理，你还会给我个手牌？我当时很清楚地问：取的时候要不要什么凭证？回：回来取就好了啊。我匿名店评不是不实事求是，而是有些人会换着号不断打电话骚扰，我不稀罕你退那点钱，有这功夫提高卫生质量，就算卫生搞不好，服务好一点可以吗！
