出行前一天致电酒店，酒店方说未查询到订单，彻底晕了！后幸好艺龙很快帮我们联系解决。酒店服务，卫生等方面没有话说，都非常好，只是希望双方及时沟通，不要让顾客担忧！酒店的自助早餐很不错，艺龙比携程好，携程只送1份早餐，而艺龙是两份，非常人性化！

国庆期间这个价格还是可以接受的。比较老的酒店了，配套不是那么完善，淋浴间还有点漏水。服务还可以。自助早餐的品种还比较多，总体满意。
