前台的服务很好 到酒店已经深夜 还升级了 早餐有待改进 有个戴眼镜的穿黑西服的貌似领班服务需要提高 和改进 酒店周边环境很好

酒店硬件条件还算得上五星，但是等电梯真的是太慢了，每次都要10分钟，可是人明明不是很多；最气的是酒店含的自助晚餐，第一天晚上是去的第二场，晚上7点半，没有什么东西吃，都是上一场吃剩的，跟经理说了之后答应会补货，结果到8点依然没有补货，就只能吃点现煮的面条，经过几次交涉，经理端了盆三文鱼上来算了事了，因为晚了也没搞事，第二天特意约了5点半，没想到也是一样，生鱼片要靠抢的，每次就上一丢丢，2个人一夹就没了，真是没话说；再说特别为小孩准备到的温水泳池，本来就一丢丢小，结果还有一对情侣泡在里面调情拍照，以为在泡温泉，旁边的工作人员也不管，实在是太失望了
