  The location is good . Quiet area with the metro station nearby . 3 stops and you at Suzhou center ( 东方之门） Hotel design is very charming and clean. staff is friendly and service good too. The breakfast is not so western-ish but at-least had coffee ( : , so all is good .

  I stayed for two nights with my family. The service was excellent, and all the employees were warm-hearted and helpful. The breakfast was decent, and the decorations and atmosphere inside the hotel were pleasant. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

  环境很好👌防疫要求很严格。可以免费停车。服务员小娟很，热情早餐种类很多，豆腐花很好吃啊，大厅鸟语花香都有。

  环境很好，打造的园林感和书香感很喜欢，可以在餐厅旁的休闲区看看书，房间也很舒服，点名表扬娟子的服务，我是深夜入住的，她的服务十分细致体贴，不厌其烦照顾我挑剔的需求～下次来苏州还会再来。
