宾馆很好，比较干净，服务态度很棒，早餐挺丰盛，比较合口。地处山塘古街，逛街的同时可以品尝苏州美食。宾馆还有去景点的免费接送车。下次来苏州还会住这里。

一家三口难得都有两天空闲时间，到苏州山塘街逛逛。现在出门游玩，一不愿开车，只想坐高铁；二不愿住千篇一律的酒店，喜欢有特色的、舒适但并不奢侈的住处。这家山塘府邸，满足了我们这两点需求。总体不错。

酒店古色古香，书香气息，庭院小桥流水，服务人员态度亲切，服务员劝劝每天都把房间打扫得很干净。酒店每天还有免费班车接送到各个景区，司机师傅驾驶技术好，照顾周到！
