看评论有好有坏的，一直纠结要不要定这家酒店，因为看了地理位置特别好，想去的拙政园和狮子林都很近，走路就到了，然后我就试试看的定下了！然而，真的没有遇到差评那些问题，一进门就被热情的服务而感动，有人帮忙搬行李，有人指引入酒店还介绍了酒店设施和注意事项，真的不要太好的服务哦！晚上带母亲去古街走了一圈，什么都有，就是吃了外面的所谓正宗苏式私房菜有点失望。个人觉得还是要自己体验才知道好坏，或许这里不是百分百的好，但是从设施到服务都足以。干净，整洁，热情周到体贴的服务，为什么不选择呢？下次来苏州旅游还会来的！

非常喜欢！免费给升级特色房！里面用的全是欧舒丹家的洗护！自助餐本不送的后来也是前台给送的！服务员阿姨特特别特别好，热情，阿姨姓啥我不记得了，三个字叫什么招娣来😅特别热情！给她赞👍这里离景点那是特别进，特别方便，我是带孩子的，小推车徒步就好！最后离开酒店后还送了一欧舒丹护手霜😍
