房间网络连不上 早餐九点半就结束 温泉十一点结束 但根据大妈的心情会提早关门 房间比较旧 地理位置很不方便 中央空调不能调节温度 半夜不断热醒 酒店大概是旧三星的档次 这次对书香世家很失望 没有管理可言

酒店蛮旧的 前台服务不错 最气的是 温泉部太差 自说自话早关门半小时 根本没有管理可言 说我们非要泡的话就进去 但是灯全部关了水温也关了 进去滑倒冻到不管 打电话到总部反应 总部说自己不管的让我们跟酒店沟通 酒店前台让温泉部开个灯让我们泡一会儿 温泉部说灯关了不能开 蜡烛灭了还能点 你灯关了不能开？第二次住书香 不过是第一次住树山这家 不推荐 太差了！！！

特别适合带小孩全家出游，为泡温泉度假选择这里，周边农家菜也不错！定的套房面积宽敞 可加床 特别要表扬housekeeping，服务态度非常好。唯一缺憾是房间设施有一点旧了
