总体上只能算香格里拉中的中等，卫生还是不错的，小朋友有小拖鞋，小马桶，这些很好，行政酒廊的菜品有点少，特别是小朋友吃的东西比较少。行政酒廊的汪青银，黄芷婧，曹颖服务不错

和其它酒店类似的就不多说了，特别想提的就是，不打扫，不打扫，不打扫。下午两点多回房间发现居然没有来做过保洁，也是醉了。
酒店三楼有个小的儿童乐园（角），只有周末是免费，设施适合婴幼儿，三岁以上的估计就没兴趣了。优点是没有人，周六早上包场。
