艺龙网担保金退款太慢 一直打电话跟我说退款马上处理好 等了三天了一个影子都没有 希望酒店坑安排好这些合作公司的事情
不要让我们付了两倍的价钱住的酒店还这么没有人性 看到了可以来找我 艺龙官网也会去投诉

2:30到酒店却告知房间需要打扫，需三小时后取房卡，此点有点配不上5星标准，那你酒店应该主动提出给客人延迟退房，念在是新年里人少就不计较了

酒店还好就是过年办入住比较慢一点登记到四点多才全部OK，说好的无烟房也没排好不过最终给我们升级了，还算OK就是价格有点高

服务是到位的，位置有点偏，由于修路而且只有一个车辆入口，每次都要绕道掉头才能进有点麻烦，带小孩送了水果，可是却没给我儿童拖鞋，这个不科学呀。。。

夫妻双双来参加苏州太湖马拉松的，酒店环境好，离马拉松起点近，下午茶免费，品牌保证，小孩扔在酒店也一点不担心，最最重要的一点，可以下午4点退房，这对跑马的人来说简直是天堂啊??
