总体印象较好，服务跟得上，卫生也很到位。距周庄景点入口约7公里，位置还是不错的，也挺好找的。价格有点小贵，其他都不错。

仪表方面有待规范，不整齐不洁净，无微笑服务，无问候，见有客人到餐饮服务人员无起立微笑问候，早餐时无服务无关注，通电话时不报岗位，先与客人挂断电话，处理投诉有推诿的态度。整体服务意识有待提高

酒店不错，虽然装修有点老了，但是比较干净，而且广场停车很方便，还有个大草坪，孩子玩的很高兴。

还不错，这个价位在周庄住别墅区的房子蛮不错了，就是房间的装修有点过时了，套间比标间好多了

别墅区的房间确实小，卫生间还发霉了，更换的房间的热水跟网评的一样，出热水得放半个小时，另外，电视也不能看，郁闷透顶，最差的一次住宿体验。

淡季入住酒店，订了间大床房，分配在6楼6169房，洗澡没有热水，服务员说放半个小时就有热水了，热水是有了，可时冷时热，水量时大时小，电吹风不能用，电视机每看不到半小时就会重新连接，早餐品种也是少的可以，儿子说下次不太会考虑

单人间的卫生间真是超大，其他地方却小得可怜，酒店整个环境非常不错，停车很方便，还有个大草坪，有两个秋千，吃过晚饭坐秋千上仰望星空很惬意，距离景区需要步行20分钟左右。一般规定12点之前退房，酒店要到2点才开始接受入住。
