朋友推荐到水之韵住的，4号到5号在水之韵1225房间住的，5号早晨8点多退房，把充电器和刮胡刀，充电器忘记在酒店。5号下午4点多给客服打电话，客服说人都下班了，明天在打，5号中午9点打，又让我11点打，说人都出去了，酒店没人。你们酒店分分钟挣几百万么，11点多打电话，说没有发现。这三样东西没多钱，但酒店服务太次，别看是政府定点，旅行社定点。太次。卫生不行，设施老化，淋浴顶上漏水。三星级的价格，招待所的服务
