酒店总体不错，知道我们是亲子，还特意安排了卡通房，床足够大，一家三口睡一点都不挤。晚上还送了宵夜，早餐也很丰富。就是隔音效果有点差。蒙特利亲子乐园太适合孩子玩了，三小时玩下来挺累的，爬上爬下的，超长滑梯刺激。

服务还行。自助餐还可以。酒店设施陈旧，房间不大，液晶彩电可以说是迷你型的，卫生间更是小，不值。

酒店服务很好，入住很舒适，距离金鹰也不远，自助餐也不错，送了蒙特利门票，玩的也很开心！唯一不足就是洗手间马桶一直响，有待修理！

讲真，且不论酒店的环境设施怎么样，但是就服务而言，在同价位的酒店中，绝对是很少有的。刚入住酒店有欢迎水果，晚上还有服务员一间间房地送夜宵。自助早餐很丰富，服务员得知我们有人没有下来吃早饭，还帮我们用蛋糕盒打包了一份带走。这种感觉真的很棒！相信下次如果来昆山，还会选择这家酒店。

酒店到蒙特利亲子乐园十一分钟，驾车很方便，酒店服务一流，晚上吃的酒店自助晚餐，口味不错。凭房卡106一位，1.2以下儿童免费，菜品很多，早餐自助的品种超多还很好吃。蒙特利乐园很大，足够玩一整天，孩子很开心。
