酒店本身非常不错，应该说，是在昆山住过的比较成熟、舒适的酒店。服务热情，彬彬有礼。不过，在早晨早餐的时候遇到了一件事，非常神奇。因为自己去吃早餐，没有与人同行，就一个人坐的。桌上放着一碗面条，一杯饮料和其它实物，去拿个煎蛋。回来的时候，东西都没有了，自己的位置也没有了。问服务员，说不知道，是旁边客人要坐，看没人，就全收了。这个似乎非常不好，是不是需要确认之后，再收呢？而且，面条是新的，没吃过，饮料也是，这样对待客人也非常难得了。

老牌的五星级酒店，没有地下车库，有点伤。
其他都不错，虽然设施老旧，但应有尽有。
泳池水清澈，管理也不错，救生员很尽责，不停巡场，不像其他地方救生员就是摆设。
早餐西式远远超过中式的，周一至周五还有鲜榨果汁，甜点非常好吃。
