酒店很好找，标识明显，冷气充足，服务态度很好，吃早饭门口还有金发碧眼的美女赠送绿豆汤。特别说一下早饭，很丰富，也很有苏州特色，要大大点赞。下次还会入住。

是慕名亲子酒店的而去的，但是酒店没有对外的亲子活动，说是其他客人组队预订的，不希望其他客人加入。所以感受就是完全没有亲子特色。。。房间较小，升级的全景房是最西边的，因此非常热，白天中央空调温度打不下来，到了晚上温度才比较舒适。。。酒店服务还不错，早餐无功无过。

礼宾服务主动热情，五颗星。房间比较小，感觉不到30平米，与描述不符。住了两天每顿都是酒店用餐，口味不错。清洁打扫的服务不佳：浴袍很旧，上面还发现了长卷发，疑似没有更换；出门前开了“清洁房间”的灯，回来时候发现没有打扫，等到三点钟我们睡午觉时候，阿姨敲门要进来打扫，我表示不方便请她晚点再来，阿姨说等会她就要下班，于是进来换了毛巾和垃圾袋，然后就没有然后了，这就算打扫完了。除了这点不愉快，整体来说还是值得推荐的。
