酒店干净卫生，条件较好，服务也好。本楼地下一层到四楼有快餐店，还是挺方便的。距离山塘街和留园都很近，推荐。

前台服务相对而言比较差，因为同程定比较便宜，前台三次强调就是要等。原话“网上定的就是要等！”语气非常生硬！！！全国各地住过很多酒店，就这次遇到的服务最差！br一惯都是好评的，这次只能给中评了！请不要电话骚扰我，做好服务就行了！！！
