地铁2号线12出口出来左拐穿过一条小弄堂就到了，上电梯到五楼大堂办入住很快。渴了的话，边上还有免费的咖啡喝。然后入住客梯是在另一边上去，这样挺安全的。家庭房很大，与描述的一样，里面超干净。房间里是中央空调，唯一美中不足的是电视就是一般的有线电视，没有回放功能，但是出来旅游是玩的，不是看电视的，晚上看夜景好美。楼下那边是步行街，那边就是去七里山塘景区的路，路上全是吃的店。

房间隔音太差了，来苏州旅游的都是情侣较多，晚上都喜欢享受二人世界，不止是这家酒店，其他酒店也差不多。

地铁二号线12号出口出来即到。离山塘街，留园这些景点都很近。非常方便。

房价隔音不行，酒店除有点早餐（早餐品种不够丰富）外，竟然没有中晚餐吃，房间灯光也有问题（打开刺眼），卫生条件可以。总结：跟酒店星级不配，不合算住。

每年都要入住这家酒店，但这次特别感受特别不同！入住办理时就开始有些遗憾，但酒店前台还是妥善解决了，谁知入住半夜，空调滴水，换房期间手指不幸被夹，当班经理果断处理的处理方式还是让人感动！虽然是硬件设施原因，但无论6/29日晚的前台接待还是保安人员，以及当班经理！亲切耐心地服务，果断机智人性化的处事效率，还是令人满意的！以后还会一如既往地支持和选择！
