凭良心讲酒店位置和服务很好。但是房间内部设施真的是陈旧不堪，装修就是十几年前招待所的软装，地毯脏的各种痕迹。点外卖弄到了地上几滴油，竟然还让赔钱洗地毯，如果你们的地毯很新提出这个理由可以接受，上面本身就一片狼藉了，哪好意思再让顾客出钱为你们洗地毯？何况哪个酒店也没有这种赔付的操作。本来是冲着适合孩子住的亲子酒店，结果儿童乐园完全是摆设，周末都不开放每天锁个门。这酒店估计只能硬件不够服务来凑了。五百多住这种酒店真的是。。。

本人来苏州的必住酒店，没有之一！一栋栋别墅式客房虽然有些旧，但园林式的整体环境，体验感非常好，里面还有小动物园，孩子每次来之前都盼着和天鹅孔雀见面，这种牵挂感别的酒店达不到，酒店干净卫生，早餐也很丰富。因为每次带着孩子，免费给升级亲子房，非常感谢！这次又住了一周，客房的服务人员程申留了很温馨的问候纸条，还给孩子留了糖果礼物，非常开心和感谢！可惜这个网的点评区没法上传图片，无法和大家分享美景。以后还会住！并推荐大家体会园林式的酒店体验！
