比较喜欢酒店的苏式建筑风格，房间感觉也比较温馨，地理位置也不错，就在山塘街附近，总体还是比较满意的；卫生间的布置少了点人性化，早餐选择不多。

酒店给免费升级了房间，干净，温馨，有格调，出入有门禁，很安心。酒店的整体环境和风格都很好，很有特色。服务人员热情有耐心。早餐精致可口。前台的陈皮糖挺好吃的，提供的洗漱用品很不错。如果下次来苏州还会考虑入住。
