酒店位于景区内，离地铁也还算近，环境好，酒店不大，里面设施比较别致，和五星酒店不一样，卫生不错，如果在卫生间的架子上再放一盒餐巾纸，那就更方便了。

酒店位置很好，在山塘街边上，周边环境和酒店环境都很不错。唯一的但是不能忽略的问题：入住的升级后的房间有甲醛味，有些刺鼻，柜子里放了一些竹炭包，但是味道还是很明显。

地理位置很不错，设计花了心思，服务态度很好，员工着装很得体，特别是女服务员的衣着非常漂亮，整体体验还是非常不错。但是也有几点需要改进：1.路口指示牌太不明显了，造成第一次经过了北码头也没注意那块小牌子，其实酒店就在北码头牌坊进去即可。2.装修公司家具类用材太差，甲醛的味道让人无法接受，但是可以采取开门通风的方式稀释浓度。
