离留园很近，住的高标，卫生还好但毕竟是老宾馆，设施很旧了！别的住客反应的KTV，我觉得还好，第一天晚上隐约能听到，第二天估计太累了，完全没感觉了！有一个问题，就是每次出房间要重新去吧台注册下卡，很麻烦，望改进！总体性价比还是比较高的！

酒店装潢很老，舒适程度尚可；服务态度果然如很多人的评价，很一般，常常有些低级错误；客房卫生工作很马虎，打扫卫生不洗杯子，不换拖鞋和茶袋等消耗品；位置离苏州站很近，比较方便；饭店餐饮不错，价格很实惠，这点加分很多。
