哎呀、这个酒店很一般，前台的小丫头片子很不好，十分让人讨厌！对业务也不熟练，由于十一人多，我看艺龙说是单人间 大床我心想房子小点没事，床大就可以，我担心床小还专门打电话问的，小丫头片子告诉我是一米五的床，谁知道过去一看一米二的床，你家一米二的床住一家三口啊？后来多亏了一个主管给挑换了，在订单人间的一定要注意啦！！

环境还算优雅，但是离十全街凤凰街太远了。服务很差劲，可以说除了开房收钱的时候，永远都是摆着一副臭脸给我看……我特米亚的是来消费的，又不是看你脸色的！基本没有其他的服务，288块虽然是在节假日，但是所谓的豪华大床房……都特么什么玩意的啊！

酒店位置还可以，外出也比较方便。酒店卫生也可以，只是卫生间稍差点，洗澡水流不下去，再次去卫生间总会弄湿双脚！！！

宾馆地理位置不错，离很多景观都挺近的，环境尚可，晚上很安静，有空调，总体来说还算可以，挺值的！

房间比较陈旧，卫生也不好 因为是国庆节住的 放假太贵 唯一可以推荐的地方是对面就是苏州公园，公园虽然不大，但绿化还是很好的。
