位置一流，设备二流，服务三流……酒店就在拙政园旁边，附近怎么逛都方便，房间的毛巾真的很旧了还在使用，与酒店格局不符合～周边环境一般，有点杂乱，酒店正在装修，虽然酒店内部环境好但不隔开～至于服务真的比预期差很多，后来发现苏州整体的服务质量都不高，预定入住也反复确认，房间的被子都铺反了，酒店的电视网络信号一般，因为喜欢苏州建筑格局入住，只有位置和酒店的建筑风格还算不错

二大一小出游，订商务套房总体可以，洗漱用品建议自备，洗发沐浴一体的乳液我怎么也用不来。设施基本齐备不算很新，卫生环境尚可，第二天的打扫我打 call前台，阿姨走马式的换了毛巾，垃圾桶等。 很满意酒店的地理位置就在景区旁边，晚上遛弯非常惬意，周边路口有全家超市购物很方便。饭馆很多菜式差不多，随意吃吃还是可以的，早餐推荐“忆江南点心店”，出门拐到景区路口就到了。
