位置不错，离拙政园很近，服务态度还不错。酒店设施还有很大的改善空间！供水不好，忽冷忽热，无法忍受洗澡水，马桶盖都掉下来了，也不修理一下，床上用品也不太干净！20元一位的早餐相当相当简单，不值得吃。希望改进一下硬件设施，不要辜负了这个酒店名字哦！

呵呵呵，真希望给一星。这种天气没热水。马桶脏。洗手盆的水小而且靠近洗手盆，洗脸很不爽。窗帘掉钩了所以合不上总漏光。房间很冷隔音很差，被子薄而且不舒服。黑店，浪费我两百多块钱
