作为五星级酒店，硬件肯定不错，但是洗澡的花洒不行，水压根本不行，只能喷出很短的水流量。要吐槽的就是前台的退房，办事效率极差，我辛亏是让酒店提前开票，就这样还等了快25分钟，前台的女服务员也不知道是不是没有经过培训，一个人退房要退了25分钟。而且早上退房人很多的。就只开3个窗口，还有个服务人员占着窗口也不知道在干嘛，就是不办退房，也是醉了。希望酒店好好培训。。。
