酒店环境非常好，入住体验很棒。停车很方便，晚上车门忘了锁，被保安师傅发现了，前台还电话通知，赞！！游泳池不大，适合孩子玩耍。离泰山天外村不远，走路二十分钟左右吧。建议酒店是否可以到泰山天外村增加摆渡车，去的时候孩子不累，回来时候走路可是一个考验。

带孩子来爬泰山，订的套房到前台给免费升级到了超级套房，好幸运！酒店位置非常棒！就在泰山脚下，距离天外村步行约1.5km，红门上山天外村下山后步行就可以(天外村停车场不好打到出租车)，酒店康体娱乐设施齐全，游泳池不是很大但是足够孩子们玩耍，早餐也比较丰富。九点周边吃饭的地方很多，酒店园区内就有鲁大龙虾，南边的食八盘也很不错，主要就去了这两个馆子??，服务人员非常热情，走的时候水壶忘在酒店里，电话确认后第一时间就给送到了前台，超赞！还有一个分享，就是入住时尽量信用卡做授权，退房时直接把房卡放前台，跟服务人员说一下就可以，不用等候哈
