这家酒店真的很难去评价，喜忧参半。环境总体来说还是不错的，毕竟地缘优势摆在那里。房间设施也还齐全，但是让我很失望的是：电视打开一直是蓝屏，根本没有信号。今早打电话请服务员来看一下，服务员答应来看一下，结果等到退房也没见服务员的身影！房间面盆设计的不合理，稍微一放水就会弄得哪里都是水，很失望。毛巾里居然有黑色的杂物，又很失望。提供的刮胡刀，一用一刀下去就出血了，太失望了。浴缸里居然也有黑色的杂物这是设施方面，真的很失望。椅子扶手有很明显的划痕，也很失望。难道这就是五星级酒店的设施设备吗？
服务方面：软饮券在哪里呢？怎么没有呢？下午因为回来晚了想要延迟半小时退房，结果前台服务员冷冰冰说不可以！泳池里没有个年轻点的救生员，这是最起码的配置吧！
也还是有好的地方：前厅的女服务员热情大方，大堂的那位男士用西装来遮光帮我拍照认证，泳池更衣室那位大叔，不厌其烦的开锁，个别来往的保洁阿姨和客房服务员会打招呼。嗯，还好！
